The commercial problem
Traditional contingency recruitment normally charges a fee each time a candidate starts. Recruit for several roles, replace a leaver outside a rebate period or hire again next year, and the cost begins again.
Ten Percent Unlimited changes the payment model. You agree a monthly fee for an ongoing recruitment service and can ask us to work on multiple suitable vacancies during the agreed term.
You retain access to experienced sector recruiters. The difference is how the service is priced.
Specialist sector knowledge
The Unlimited model is delivered by established recruiters who already work in your sector.
Recruit solicitors, legal executives, licensed conveyancers, paralegals, fee earners, locums and legal support staff through the Ten Percent legal recruitment network. Locum recruitment is always included.
Recruit senior accountants, qualified and part-qualified staff, tax and audit specialists, bookkeepers, payroll staff, practice managers and support staff. The service is available to accountancy practices with annual turnover below £1.5 million.
