	Clare Fagan Cert RP FIRP is a Director and Recruitment Consultant specifically handling all permanent vacancies for our Ten Percent Unlimited law firms. Clare enjoys experimental vegetarian cookery, going to the gym and running.
	Jonathan Fagan LLM, LLB (EU), Cert RP, FIRP is a Solicitor (non-practising) and Director of Ten-Percent.co.uk Limited. He studied law at Leicester University and on qualification worked for a Chambers-listed practice in Nottingham before setting up Ten-Percent.co.uk Limited in 2000 and TenPercentUnlimited in 2011.
	Peter Gresty Cert RP FIRP is a Senior Recruitment Consultant specialising in permanent legal vacancies across the UK. Peter has been with Ten Percent Legal since 2007 and has worked with law firms from sole practitioners through to large regional solicitors practices. Peter is an avid Manchester City fan and season ticket holder, and plays cricket not quite as badly as Jonathan does for a local North Wales team.
	Emma Ireland AIRP is our specialist Accountancy Practice Recruitment Consultant, covering the whole of the UK and concentrating on ACCA and ACA Accountants. Emma is a law graduate with a love of literature and poetry, and is based in Derby.
